If you would like to place an order, the fastest and easiest way is to either send me an email or telephone to let me know what you are looking for; making sure you include the size, colour and quantity of each item you require. 
Please include your name, email address, location and postcode with your email so that I can calculate appropriate postage.

On receipt of your email I will check availability and contact you either by telephone or email to confirm the order, and let you know the postage options.  

For payment we accept cheques drawn on UK bank or a sterling bankers draft made payable to Woodland Teddies 

Alternately on orders over £25 we can accept MasterCard, Visa  or JCB credit cards, if you wish to pay by this method please do NOT send your credit card details by email.  Let us know that you would like to pay by this method and you will be sent a credit card authorisation form for the value of your order which you should print, complete and fax back to the number given with the authorisation - if you do not have access to a fax machine mention that as well and we can make other arrangements.

 Items shown throughout the furry special supplies section of this site are offered subject to availability and do not include postage which will be calculated at the prevailing rates offered by the postal services based on the total weight of your order, we always send items fully insured.
